Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted to arrange redelivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
For orders over 500 AED, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package. If you prefer to waive the signature requirement, please contact us before your order ships.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
