How to Return an Item

Contact Support

Email us at [email protected] or call +971 50 701 7100 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.

Receive Return Authorization

Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Please include this number with your return package.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Ship to our return address using a trackable shipping method.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. For bank transfers, refunds will be sent to the originating account.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use, are missing parts, or are not in original condition. We will notify you of any deductions before processing the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

  • Returns without authorization may be refused or delayed.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
